Safety Rules
Adult Supervision Required
A responsible adult must supervise all inflatable equipment at all times. Children must never be left unattended on jumping castles or obstacle courses.
Capacity Limits
Never exceed the stated capacity for each piece of equipment. Overcrowding increases the risk of injury and puts excessive strain on the equipment.
No Shoes on Inflatables
All participants must remove shoes before entering any inflatable. Socks are recommended. No sharp objects, jewellery, or glasses inside inflatables.
No Food or Drinks Inside
Food, drinks, and chewing gum are not permitted inside any inflatable equipment. This prevents choking hazards and keeps the equipment clean.
Age & Size Mixing
Do not allow large and small children to use inflatables at the same time. Separate sessions by age group to prevent collisions and injuries.
No Rough Play
No flipping, wrestling, pushing, or rough play of any kind. Participants must enter and exit via the designated entrance only.
Do Not Move Equipment
Never attempt to move, deflate, or re-anchor equipment yourself. If you have a concern about anchoring or stability, contact us immediately on 0428 572 400.
Keep Away from Water
Unless the equipment is specifically designed for water use, keep all inflatables away from pools, sprinklers, and wet surfaces.
